Khor Mukalla Towers
Commercial and residential towers with a height of 16 floors, consisting of residential units with areas ranging from 166 to 200 square meters, luxury villas with an area of 442 square meters, and 14 commercial stores with areas of up to 56 square meters per store. The towers are distinguished by their attractive touristic view of the beaches of the Bride of the Arabian Sea in the city of Mukalla, the capital of Hadhramaut Governorate.
Bahr Al Mashraf Commercial Complex
The project consists of grassed football fields with a grassed area of 4609 square meters for the large field, which contains 3 stands, and 2 small fields with a grassed area of 3476 square meters, and a service building consisting of an administration office, a cafeteria, and a bathroom. The complex includes a sports academy and a restaurant with an attractive tourist view, and 14 shops overlooking the main street of Mukalla city.
Concrete Factory
Concrete mixing plant with a capacity of (100 m3/hour) model 2004 equipped with vehicles equipped for mixing as well as the necessary pumps.
Asphalt Mixer
Moving asphalt mixing station equipped with the latest global systems for producing various types of asphalt, with a production capacity of (60 m3/hour).
Interlock Factory
A factory specialized in the production of interlocking tiles or bricks. The factory produces a variety of products of international quality, with a production capacity of 4,000 tiles every 8 hours.
