Khor Al-Mukalla – Phase One

The length of the first phase of Al-Mukalla Creek is 1,500 m, its width is 60 m, and its depth is 3 m. The amount of excavations is 800,000 m3, the amount of stones is 66,584 m3, and the amount of concrete is 4,000 m3, in addition to the architectural finishing works on both sides of the creek and the construction of two pedestrian bridges to connect the two banks of the creek.

Al Amoudi Corniche

It is considered a marine panorama for the city of Mukalla through the construction of rock and concrete barriers to confront waves and sea currents with a length of 1,500 m and an average depth of 6 m and an area exceeding 3,000,000 m2 in the middle of the sea, meaning that the amounts of landfill are close to 3 million m3 and it is considered an integrated residential project that can accommodate more than 30,000 people.

Al-Mukalla Commercial Center

A shopping mall designed according to the latest international specifications, located on a total area of ​​11,000 m2 and containing 175 multi-purpose shops in addition to service facilities such as a supermarket, restaurant, parking, and others.

Al-Shehr Port

It is one of the largest fish ports in the Republic of Yemen and consists of breakwaters with lengths of up to 2000 meters, made of natural stones weighing up to 15 tons, and also of special concrete blocks (dolos). The project also includes a 280-meter-long sea pier with a depth of 4.5 meters from the zero sea point. The water area of ​​the project is 400,000 square meters, and the port can accommodate more than 600 fishing boats.

Haid Qasim Bridge

It is a suspension bridge located in Hadhramaut Valley on the international road linking the city of Sayoun and the city of Tarim. The length of the suspended part of the bridge is 225 m, while the total width of the bridge is 18.6 m. The bridge constitutes a lifeline as it is a main road for the movement of cars and passengers.

Ibn Sina Bridge

It is a suspension bridge on the western side of the city of Mukalla, linking the city to the governorates of Shabwa, Abyan and Aden. The bridge is 415 m long and consists of 7 openings, each 25 m wide and 6 m high, and retaining walls 100 m long in each direction. It consists of two lanes for cars, each 10 m wide. The bridge is based on deep piles that reach 12 m underground. Two openings have been added to the bridge, each opening 20 m wide and 6 m high. They were designed to be consistent with the basic design of the bridge.

Kutubah Road – Al Salasil – Hawarim

The project consists of paving and asphalting a 3 km long and 18 m wide obstacle, asphalting an additional 14 km, in addition to concrete works, retaining walls, rainwater drainage channels, and side protections for the road.

Mosque Warasma

Warsama Mosque (Al-Azhar), which is distinguished by its modern architectural design with beautiful traditional religious decorations. Warsama Mosque is one of the largest mosques in Hadhramaut Governorate. It is located in the heart of Mukalla city and can accommodate thousands of worshipers. It is distinguished by the presence of private parking spaces for the mosque.
